 ABOUT ANGER MONKEY SOLUTIONS

Neuroscience of Solving Anger Issues
Most people think anger is a choice, but it’s actually a reaction driven by your subconscious "survival map." When your brain senses a threat, it can "hijack" your rational mind, leading to destructive patterns.
At Anger Monkey Solutions, we bridge the gap between your subconscious reactions and your conscious goals. Anger Monkey uses the Century Certified Anger Management model, the gold standard accepted by the U.S. Navy, probation departments, and V.A. hospitals

FACES of ANGER
Picture anger in your mind, what did you see? Cut all your hair off, shave your eyebrows or cut yourself, these are all examples of what anger can look like.
Anger actuates where the consciousness is un consciously informed by the sub consciousness. When anger is triggered it leads directly to the sub conscience where the core issue is the source. The fight, flight or freeze action depends on your learned anger style connected to a neural path, that path can be changed.

Maps of the mind
The consciousness interprets the concrete external world, barbed wire and barbecue's, where the rationalist lives. Behind that is the subconscious primarily concerned with survival and the biological maintenance of the body. But this map is not the world itself; it's just a guide that helps us navigate the terrain. Human beings, however, construct a second internal reality—a map that reflects our conscious awareness of the universe. This consciousness is very different from the subconscious map formed by our sensory and emotional circuits.
The Unconsciousness is not concerned with reality, consider your dreams, have you ever stopped your dream because the plot and people made no sense or did you have to wake up before you realized it made no sense. Excesses in withdrawing or outrage are examples of anger under the influence of defense mechanisms stored in the sub conscience that also don't make sense. "He got me mad and I hit him makes sense"
Does sitting in jail for assault make sense?
